Job Cost Inventory Planning

My client is on JDE E1 9.2 and want to use JDE Job Cost with Inventory and Procurement.

My client wants to be able to budget for inventory items to jobs. They want to list the inventory items by item number which would then show up in the job cost budget/commitments and when the job is ready to start, they can turn the inventory list into inventory issues.

Is there a way in JDE to show a list of inventory items that are planned at the job level without having to have individual cost codes/cost types. We would want to be able to drill into the inventory list that would be assigned to the job-item (cost code) and see the inventory items committed to that job-item.
