Leave Hours earned on Overriden Rate, how can these hours be taken on the same rate?
We have a leave bank that does not expire. These leaves can be earned on an overriden rate.
When employees eventually get pay rate increase, how can we have the employees use up these leave banks based on the override rate when they were earned?
Example:
3 months ago - Employee Banked 2 hours on 25cad/hour
Today, Employee is @ 30cad/hour and wanted to take a 2 hours from the bank. How can we make sure that employee is only paid 50cad (based on previous rate when earned) instead of 60cad (based on Current Rate)?
