Why does not R3482 Report calculate safety stock?

Hi Experts,

I have an ımportant question, could you help me please?

I have an ıtem that safety stock is 6858. I have R3482 for this ıtem. When ı controlled in supply/demand I face to less than the safety stock quantity.
