Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. HI,

We are working with JDE 9.2 version.

We don't have transportation module and we don't have delivery preference setup.

How the Promised Delivery date is calculated in sales orders in this case?
