Acme Packet incoming session-agent selection

Hi all!

I've got SA1 with ip 192.168.1.1 port 5064 realm=realm1 and SA2 with ip 192.168.1.1 port 5067 realm=realm1. 

So the only difference is port number.

Incoming call is coming via 192.168.1.1 port 5067 but it matches SA1 as I can see in logs.

So, why does it happens? As I can see in logs "Apr 14 22:55:04.087 [SIP] findAgentByRealm(realm1:192.168.1.1) found IP+realm SA SA1[realm1]" - so SA selection process only contains IP addresses and realm?
