Unable to resolve issue Deployer:149166, even after deleting domain edit.lok file

Hi Everyone,


I am trying to activate Oracle 12c ServiceBus after deploying our project. I am getting below error after 17 mins. one of the suggested solution is to delete edit.lok file (http://www.errbay.com/?r=ORCL-WBLG-12.1.3&c=BEA-149166), which is not working for me. Can someone please help me?

[java] Caused by: java.lang.Exception: Deployment Failed: weblogic.management.ManagementException: [Deployer:149166]Deployments cannot be triggered through configuration updates and through the Deployment APIs simultaneously.
