Getting Error when performing LCM

Hi All,

we are using Hyperion planning application(11.1.2.4.900) i performed LCM for some of the Artifacts like data forms dimensions and for security like users and groups it is working fine but when i tried to use for business rules ,rulesets and planning unit hierarchies am getting below error message , could you please let me know what is the issue and how to proceed ,

Its the new environment setup(performed installation and configuration) and all the services are up and running fine
