ASN is failed with 'Error: PO Shipment (NUMBER = 1) is not open' in RTI table.

Hello Team,

ASN is failed with the "Error: PO Shipment (NUMBER = 1) is not open." So i have informed a PO buyer to open the line to process the receipt signal in rcv_lines.But unexpectedly i have cleared the RTI data present for this by running RCV custom clear program instead of reset .What is the solution now to solve this issue?Please help me with any sort of data fix?
