Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. HR unable to merge the external candidate with Contingent profile

It is giving error "The unit number isn't valid . Enter a value that's not longer that 8 characters. (HRX-1562310)

If HR ignore above error and submit again, it is giving following error

"The candidate merge failed because of this issue: Merge Operation failed, (IRC - 1590540)

Any solution available for this ?
