Is anyone experiencing sporadic issues with Asset ID on AMBU not incrementing?
We are experiencing a sporadic issue when users are entering assets through Basic Add. Sometimes the Last Asset ID does not increment on the AMBU, so the user gets a duplicate error and cannot save the asset that is entered. We have to manually correct the Last Asset ID on the AMBU so that the user can proceed. User says this issue started after our 9.2 upgrade, and does not always happen, but happens enough to be a frustration. Anyone else experiencing this issue? TY
