Cannot Find my Oracle Cloud DB Instance [Always Free Tier]

Hi Everyone,

I am pretty new to Oracle Cloud Instance and its services. About 2 months ago, 2 months ago, I tried out the OCI free tier and created a OTP + APEX instance.

I cannot access my Oracle APEX instance nor the cloud database instance. The database instance does not even show in my OCI cloud account.

If I try accessing my Oracle APEX instance URL, I get a Service Unavailable error below

  • The database service named: |ocid1.tenancy.oc1..**|re| does not exist

This happened just as I was trying to upgrade the account from free-tier to paid

What could be the problem and how can I resolve this?
