Does Oracle support two OEM agents on a single server?

I am planning to setup up Oracle’s AWR Warehouse. I need to install it on the same server as OEM 13.3 and so it needs it’s own database. The new database will be 19c. OEM was installed with one set of standards and the AWR warehouse has to be installed with a different set of standards.
