dcs updates?

In patching to 19.10, can these commands be run without being disruptive? I wonder if i can do them before my maintenance window without being noticed. Seems like getting the prepatch report is a good idea in case something needs attention/cleanup before update-server, but the install notes say to do these updates first:

odacli update-dcsadmin -v 19.10.0.0.0

odacli update-dcscomponents -v 19.10.0.0.0

odacli update-dcsagent -v 19.10.0.0.0

odacli create-prepatchreport -s -v 19.10.0.0.0
