R03B11Z1A - amount not balance to gross between 3B11/911

Can't resolve this.

I have several transactions on the F03B11Z1 and F0911Z1 tables that are very simple and the amounts balance perfectly. However when I run R03B11Z1A I always get the error of Amount Does Not Balance to Gross. We do not allow out-of-balance option on R03B11Z1A.

What am I missing and what do I look for please?
