E1 30 Changing stocking type from M to P to M and Manufacturing cost scenario

Hi everyone

I want to know how to handle following scenario: Customer is on JDE 9.1 using distribution and anufacturing applications.

They have a new end manufactured product, named item "A" (Cost method Sales/inventory and purchasing = 07,), which has a sub assembly "B" (Cost method Sales/inventory and purchasing = 07 and stocking type = M).

To start production of ítem “A” inicially they have to buy item "B", so they make just one purchase that will last 6 months (“B”ítem has a stocking type = M), to have the cost of item “B” they entered cost directly in the P4105 application for 07 and copy A1 components to F30026 to simulate and freeze.
