Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Receivable on your Invoice is partially recognized, the tax receivable is not recognized

User is not able to complete the credit memo on the invoice.

Customer is trying to create a Credit Memo from an invoice and receiving the error:

Gross transaction amount do not reconcile

The Receivable on your Invoice is partially recognized, the tax receivable is not recognized, please contact Oracle Support.
