SBC is dropping the Paylod 101 for RTP Event from Access to Core.

Hi fellows,

I would like you can help me with the following fail calls with DTMF from the Endpoint and know if you have had this behavior at any time.

I have the following scenarios where a UAC(Endpoint) is calling to a number that after receive the IVR we need to send DTMF digits:

10.1.1.1 Endpoint or PBX

10.100.100.1 SBC Access Interface


10.200.200.1 SBC Core Interface

172.1.1.1 Application Server Broadsoft


What I am seeing in the fail call is that SBC is dropping the Paylod 101 for RTPevent from Access to Core.
