IMPDP Errror ORA-02369: internal number in header in file

Please help I am getting the above error when I try to import a dump file into the Oracle DB of the same version on Windows. The file was exported from Oracle Linux: I have checked the suggested resolutions for this error and they suggest the file is corrupt. We have done the export again, then I have copied the file over multiple times using WinSCP (transfer mode using binary). I have also used PSCP to copy the file over to the windows server 2012 R2 (and windows 10) but I still get the same error. Please assist. Details below:
