Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. MySQL - More threads in 'executing' state

Could observe more threads in the 'executing' state and the application is not responding properly.

Could not observe any issues with CPU, Memory, Disk usage and even innodb status output confirms 0 queries inside InnoDB and 0 queries in queue.
