Mark selected record with additional sign in List Applets

Hello!

We have performed the upgrade from Siebel 8.1.1.3 to Siebel 20.10. We have received a request from our client to add the old stile arrow (chevron, >) to list applets that additionally to record highlighting with blue background will points that the recent record is selected.

In the previous version of Siebel there existed an additional space at the left side of every list applet, where such chevron appeared. Is there any way how to implement the same in the IP2017+ version.
