XML BI Publisher Report - file does not begin with ' pdf-'

Hello,

I am trying to generate a PDF report using XML BI Publisher; when I execute I am getting the error as shown in the enclosed screenshot "file does not begin with ' pdf-'"

How can I resolve the issue? Appreciate any insight or help.
