12.2 ACA State Transmission XML Generation ORA-06502 numeric/value error

I loaded the new ACA Phase III patch 32575269 for California state reporting and then attempted to generate the state files today and got an error ORA-06502 PL/SQL: numeric or value error.

Has anyone in California loaded this patch and successfully generated submission files?

I did just post an SR.
