Question Regarding Retro Active Pay
Hi!
My client had a union rate change effective 3/28/21 and now must pay retro active pay for two pay period.
I have created a select employee group based on the F0618/Union Code and Work Date Range - this is fine.
I have setup my retroactive pay rule to look at the date range in question 3/28/21-4/4/21 to create a new pay type (this particular rule is straight time only) and a new hourly rate. If I use Function RHRF_UnionRateA the system pulls the old time card and rate. Creates a new time card based on the original hour x new rate, but that is what it will pay them.
