Oracle Retail Implementation

Hello. My name is Tam. I am a Business System Analyst. I saw these Retail Categories on MOSC, so I am reaching out to you for some help.

Our Project Manager has an RFP asking for system bids for a 3rd party Retail product for our F&B venues, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We currently have PeopleSoft Financials and I (personally) would much rather have an Oracle product in our F&B operations rather than have to write interfaces with an unknown 3rd party system. We use Simphony and Micros in all the F&B/Retail operations, including all the stores, travel plazas, gift shops, etc.
