Save older style Endpoint for EAI

After an upgrade from pre-IP17 to later, has anyone successfully saved the Endpoint for EAI? I have several cloud applications calling my on-premise Siebel CRM system and hoping not to have all external system take on code changes as well.

New Endpoint xxxx.com/siebel/app/eai_anon/enu

Old Endpoint xxxx.com/eai_anon_enu

I assume a simple Tomcat entry will work but not sure how to accomplish that.
