Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

in Chrome and IE users miss action checboxes in worklist with notifications

We upgraded from 12.1.3. to 12.2.10

Some users are facing problems with Chrome and IE browsers (it worked with Edge)

There are two windows with problem so far:

worklist with notifications
shopping cart

When there is a list of notifications or list of products in shop list and user want to use checkbox to provide any action (behaviour)

missing checboxes
checkboxes available but unable to check few of them

Are there any special browser settings that may cause it.

We tried to reproduce it by logging as these users to eliminate any connection between priviliges and availability of checboxes.

Any advice needed.
