Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. With the credit card payment, how can we process a partial payment for an existing invoice?

Ex: invoice is $2,000

Customer wants to pay in 4 times ($500 each).

Can we adjust the amount when we process the first payment from $2,000 to $500?
