Maryland County Taxes

Hi -

In calculating Maryland County Taxes (as a part of Maryland State Withholding), is set up on the the Local Tab of the "Update Employee Tax Data" required or is the system able to use the County listed on the Home Address in Modify a Person for the calculation?
