Oracle Financials EBS to Oracle Fusion

Hi All,

Currently we are on EBS Financials and planning to implement Fusion Financials GL, Procurement and FAH applications.

Does Oracle has any patches to move all the configurations from EBS R12 to Fusion Financials? If yes then is there any documentation on how to ? OR its a good idea to start the fresh setups in Cloud rather moving from EBS using patches?
