How to print to a Printer Logic (Cloud Print) defined printer from a DOS prompt.

We run Peoplesoft on premise and our printers are on premise. We went away from using in-house print servers and are using Printer Logic - Cloud Print tool. We are having a problem when trying to use the DOS copy command to send a w2.lis file to the printer. In the past we used DOS command "copy w2.lis \\servername\printername". This no longer works because the printer isn't defined to a local print server. Any thoughts on how to resolve the printer defined in Printer Logic in DOS.
