MD5 certificate warning while upgrading EM console to 13.4 from 13.3

We observed that and we got the warning alert says like "The upgrade process detected MD5 certificate usage for some agent-OMS communication". And also gone through the document "2179909.1" ,but it is for new fresh installation to 13.2.

Is there any document available for 13.4 to overcome this MD5 certificate issue to SHA based certificate.


Here we upgrade EM console to 13.4 from 13.3.
