FTP Connector Orchestration - Source File Name path

Hello

We need to put a different source file name path location then using the Temporary File Location option in the FTP connector. I am passing thru the path and file name (E:\temp\test.tst) thru a variable. When we run the orchestrations we keep getting "File Does Not Exist" error

We use the Temporary File Location and the file is FTP to the other site so we know our connections is working.

Any help would be appreciated.
