Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Alternatively, you can opt to create a new Oracle account that uses your corporate email domain.

Edge Browser Issues with JRE 1.8.0_291

We just installed the most recent JRE on our desktops - JRE 1.8.0_291

Users have reported the following issues using the Edge Browser with EBS 12.2.9 after this JRE was installed:

Cannot launch webpages from a Forms screen
Cannot view concurrent program output in a browser
Cannot export from Forms to Excel
Cannot download concurrent program output to Excel or PDF output to Adobe

We have all the required patches installed for 12.2.9 - and this issue did not occur with the January JRE.

We have tested with Edge Version 89.0.774.77 and Version 90.0.818.42 and the same problem occurs.

Is this a known issue? Is there a resolution?
