Splitting Salaried Employee Payroll Expenses Between Financial Advisor

Hi! We are wanting to utilize PeopleSoft to split salaried employee's payroll expenses and vaca/sick time by financial advisor. For example, one secretary works for 4 different financial advisors but is salaried. Does anyone know how to do this? Can it be done in Job by cost center somehow?
