Essbase Retrieval performance issue in Smartview/Dodeca excel add-in

Hi,

We are facing performance issues with smart view/dodeca retrieval of data from hyperion planning application in version 11.1.2.4. Does any one have experienced the similar issue? The planning application is designed to deal with granular allocations.
