Oracle Database VM on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: still no April 21 patch

Hi,

I have noticed that now (April 22nd, 6:47AM CEST), there are still no patches available on my cloud databases. Those patches should become available soon, but when? Is there any MOS note for that?

Please note that I understand that I could download and patch them 'manually'. That would break my database VM. Therefore I wait until the patches are available via the OCI console.

But when....?
