Evicted Node is not powering up automatically after node eviction in 19c GI.

Node is being evicted due to network communication issue; after node is evicted from cluster and going for killing it is not starting up automatically . Everytime we need to ask OS admin to start VM for us.


Please advise why OS is not starting automatically in process of Node evictions.
