HR_NP_LAST_NOTE_ID field population in HR_NP_CONFIG

Hi All,

I know we cannot configure HR_NP_LAST_NOTE_ID in HR Notepad configuration (Setup HCM --> Common Definitions --> Text Catalog and Notepad --> Configure HR Notepad). But I would like to know what are the ways the value of the filed might get incremented. Because I couldn't find any process performing it in 9.2.

We did a recent upgrade to 9.2 and the values were rest to the oracle delivered. I would appreciate if anyone could confirm if the the only way to update the HR_NP_LAST_NOTE_ID is through script and not any online process.
