Package Build Logs Have Messages "error C2137: empty character constant" on BSFN

Hi,

 In the new FULL Package after the TR upgrade from 9.1.4.9 to 9.2.4.5 we have below errors in BSFN.

I have referred the doc E1: PKG: Package Build Logs Have Messages "error C2137: empty character constant" on Customizations Done to BSFNs after Upgrading the Compiler to Visual Studio 2017 (Doc ID 2769968.1), but the VS is same as 2017.
