Hi Support,


After cloning EBS 12.1.3(DB 11.2.0.3), Users can not Login to EBS with Correct UserName Password And Login Page Loops Back.


I have refered Doc ID 1929675.1, but it is not root cause.


Would you mind supplying some other clues?
