DMAAI 4250 w/GL Cat?

We need to direct the sales tax on contract billing to different accounts based on the GL Cat of the product being invoiced. I've been unable to get the set up to work by placing a GL Cat in the DMAAI. I get an error that states:

I'm assuming the transaction is not passing a GL Class code, but would like to know if there's a way to make this work.
