Oracle R12 EBS-AR Vsn 12.1.3 -Set up AR LockBox-Batch Source has no List of Values to select

Oracle R12 EBS, AR Vsn 12.1.3 - Trying to set up AR LockBox but cannot complete for the Batch Source has no List of Values to select. The Receipt Class/Method is defined and has a Bank Account attached. The Receipt Source is defined. All had an Effective Date of 29-JAN-2021.

In test, we had the same issue and had to back date to "1950" or so in order to fix this issue. I back dated the setups but it still is not working.

Please advise, any help is greatly appreciated for we are to go live tomorrow.
