eTRM now only accessible via PATCH?

Why is eTRM no longer available as a web page? www.http://etrm.oracle.com/ now takes you to Oracle E-Business Suite Electronic Technical Reference Manual (eTRM), Release 12.1 and 12.2 (Doc ID 2736939.1)

Apparently this needs to now be added to a UNIX server, and will only be available to those who have access to it at a client site! This is a highly useful tool when you don't have direct access to client systems yet and need to be able to search for tables and fields when you don't have sql access to the database. Oracle is doing its clients and partners a great disservice by making this move. I am deeply disappointed in Oracle for not thinking this decision all the way through in how its impacting us.
