Help managing user script backup and recovery

I'm new to administering APEX 19.4 -- particularly as the consulting firm that set it up botched some things and are long gone. One procedure I'd like to add is for all developer/tester personal SQL to be exported, backed up, then restorable from the backup media if necessary.

Would someone please guide me to the schema and objects needed for a bulk export? TIA.
