Oracle EBS R12 1.3- Currency precision impact on GL Postings

Any ideas on changing currency precision impact on converted then posted amounts. We are seeing rounding differences related to what I think is the entered daily rate where USD to CAD is for example 1.2780 but the automatic inverse is like 15 decimals - .7523474233333... ~ for example... Anyway I believe that an USD$ invoice converts fine with the 1.2780,, but a CAD invoice converted for ALC ledger to USD$, will use the inverse of 15 decimals first, then rounding precision is applied for the posted amount to 2 decimals. Question is can the inverse rate that automatically
