Where will be the instance name retrieved from if profile FND: Show Instance Name is set to true?

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Would anyone please advise where will be the instance name retrieved from if profile FND: Show Instance Name is set to true? We are using 19C DB. Should it be come from v$instance, CDB name, PDB name, or Site Name or any where else?
