OTL Eligibility based on multiple fields

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC)

Hi,

I want to create OTL preference rule eligibility based on Organization Hierarchy and a People group segment. People group segment has two values "Yes" and "No". Below is the scenario-

  1. One rule eligibility for the segment having value as "Yes" for all people under this organization hierarchy.
  2. Second rule for all other people (segment value as "No" for all people under this organization hierarchy and all other people in all other organization hierarchy regardless of the segment value.)

How would this be achievable? Much appreciate your suggestions and help.
