Mark up Percent for Non Labor resource

In the Rate schedule for Non Labor resource i have setup 5% , also setup costing rate and attached to Labor costing rule for Employee and attached the costing rate schedule and Non labor resource markup rate schedule at Project type setup. I have entered pre approved batch for usage expenditure type class for an employee, i ran the PRC : Distribute usage and Misc cost program and ran the PRC : Generate cost accounting events for usage cost but system is not picking up costing rate and showing entered hours only

Please advise why system is not picking up Employee rate
