PeopleSoft process to automatically update pricing on POs

Is there a way to create a process that can be run daily/weekly, etc., that whenever the item master team updates the price on an item, the process can be run and any POs (standing orders in particular) that do not have a voucher against the line item/line item schedule, the process will automatically update the pricing on all schedules that are dated the same effective date or dated after the effective date that the item price is made effective?

Example:

Item price is currently $5.00.  Item master updates the price to $5.50, effective date 1/13/2021.
