desformat=pdf gives **** signs instead of numbers

It's in fact Oracle Forms & Reports 6i version and client-server architecture.


Our client report this strange behavior. We don't know where the problem is. I found on Oracle Reports documentation that pdf output depends on printer driver. Which driver is it about? Is it default printer driver on client machine? I cound understand if it is issu with national characters but with numbers?


Could anyone help me with this?
